Is this our first heatwave of the summer? The thermometer hit 20C yesterday, and we had a sunny afternoon today after the early morning haar lifted. Ken took advantage of the Mediterranean weather to finish planting our renovated herb garden. This time we've focused on our favourites - marjoram, thyme, oregano, rosemary, lemon balm and mint for cooking with lots of hardy geramiums along the steps (just because I like them!).
