Our visitors to the garden have been few this summer (a combination of our decision not to hold public garden openings this year and the miserable weather). However, we were pleased to welcome the Youth for Christ team — based in Cromarty this week — for a barbecue on the patio. The dry weather lasted through the main course, although we retired to the garden house (and wood fire) for coffee afterwards.
