John Carrie has finished the new stonework surface, Ken has refilled the upper and lower ponds and Mackie has returned some of the grasses and plants along the margins. The cascade and waterfall are flowing again. All that's missing is the wildlife that disappeared when the pond was emptied and the aquatic vegetation removed in early June.

Ken has seen several newts and the occasional frog, so we'll watch in anticipation for returning wildlife.
