The early apples are beginning to fall off the trees, the cart is ready (Bramley, too!), and it will soon be time to picking the apples. We plan to sell the first of our Katy and Grenadier apples at the Produce Fair on the 20th September. After that, the surplus will go on sale at the Cromarty Store or be made into applesauce, juice or crumble for our freezer.
