The greenhouse staging and cold frame are full of trays of newly-potted plug plants. We've ordered only two varieties of polyanthus and pansy this year - many fewer than in years past. With beds and borders filled to bursting, we only add new bulbs and bedding plants to hanging baskets and containers now.
