Talbot Community Centre offers full disabled facilities in both parts of the buildings.
The front half of the building accessible through the main entrance on Prince Road, Kenfig Hill consists of the Talbot Hall offering access to our beautiful walled garden as well as a small kitchen. It has disabled toilet facilities as well as lift to our first floor offices which are used by Pyle Community Council.
We also have a rear entrance with ramp and handrails to assist those with mobility problems which leads to our other main Hall, the Rees Hall, as well as the three meeting rooms: Aberbaiden, Bryndu and Cynffig rooms. The Rees Hall offers access to the walled garden while our Cynffig room offers a view out onto the garden area. We have a fully equiped kitchen, Y Cegin Rees, serving both halls and a kitchenette where people using the Rees Hall and offices can make beverages without disturbing the main kitchen as well as separate disabled toilet facilities to the Talbot Hall.
The Main Hall is large and has a portable stage. It is ideal for seated functions, dances, concerts and conferences and can accommodate up to 100 people with ease. It comes complete with state-of-the-art audio/visual systems for conferences, sports or films (at the moment not available).
