Frank’s Fantasy Trophy

Frank was so upset that he didn’t win a trophy over the week at potters, so when the 8 pints of ale was delivered on a silver salver ( a tray) this was presented to him by a representative of Potters Bar Staff 

The Tray silver salver was acquired at great expense and transported home over long distances to be engraved and reunited with Frank at his Club

Tuesday 11 Triples took part in a round robin competition and the winner of each section went through to the final Simon Kamar, Brian Saxton & Mark Thomson managing to beat Phil Sherwood, Cath Sim & Helen Leigh

Thursday 12 pairs took part in the round robin Mark Thomson & Robin McCartney won their section without losing a game. Sheila Warrick & Isobel Render came out on top of their section. The final was a very close game that came down to the last end with Mark & Robin just edging it.
