FUNDRAISING

Donations to Seahorse from individuals, businesses and local organisations has enabled swimmers to compete in galas, enjoy social functions and days out and purchase vital equipment to assist in the pool.

Volunteers at Seahorse have also helped to boost Club funds by holding various activities, such as jumble sales, coffee mornings, raffles, fashion shows, cheese and wine evenings, car boot sales, duck races, bike rides, sponsored swims and walks.

Members of Seahorse have also helped the community by fundraising for other good causes and charities. They have also supported organisations at their fundraising events, such as the Rotary Club's Christmas Float and the reunions of former HMS Ambuscade servicemen.
