Seahorse has been fortunate to receive donations from individuals, businesses and local organisations over many years. These funds have helped the swimmers to compete in galas, enjoy social functions and days out organised by the club. The Seahorse committee are extremely grateful to everyone who have made these donations.
Club members have also helped to boost the Seahorse funds by holding all types of fundraising events. These include jumble sales, coffee mornings, raffles, fashion shows, cheese and wine evenings, car boot sales, sponsored swims, bike rides and walks.
As well as fundraising for Seahorse, Club members have raised thousands of pounds for several good causes and charities. They have also supported other organisations' fundraising activities, such as the Rotary Club of Crewe with their Christmas Float and the HMS Ambuscade reunions.
