Norway the trip

The trip to Nordkapp. 27-06-13 After lots of false starts, set backs, its the way my luck runs. But now it looks like the problems with the engine have been resolved and its time to go. Booked on the 0900 ferry to the Hook on Friday 28th, a few days late but what is time? I have to say Stena Line have been superb. I firstly put the incorrect date down and they changed a fixed ticket and refunded some money. When I didn't turn up for the second ferry I expected to have to pay again and the price had gone up by over £100.00. But they very kindly changed the ticked for just £20.00. Thank you Stena Line you have just made a friend. Customer services are very helpful and the ones to contact, but use the local number 02890 747747 not the o844 number. From the Hook I intend to get close to the German boarder on Friday night before parking up and then on to Denmark to the top and cross into Norway. More on the boat and If I can figure out how to load the photos I will put some up. 01-07-13 Ho hum, back home. The engine is still not sorted. The trip is off. No point going if your not going to finish. I am off to the Canaries for two weeks to recuperate and get my head around it all. Enough is enough. I will sort the engine out when I get back.
