Pre-school

There are kindergarten classes for ages 3 - 4 year olds (ante-pre school) and 4 - 5 year olds (pre-school).

As a partner provider with The Moray Council, we offer fully government funded places for children aged 3 - 5 years.

The School Curriculum

In addition to the normal planned activities and outside play times, which are posted on the Parents Noticeboard within the School, we also include classes in drama, music and dance, and basic French and German.

We strive to be as flexible and as 'can-do' as possible, responsive to the needs of the children, parents and the community, committed to working in partnership with The Moray Council and local community.

Everyone is an Individual

Our class sizes are small, with an excellent pupil:teacher ratio, which allows us to give each child the support and attention that they need to flourish academically.   We recognise that every child has their own unique personality and needs, and our teaching methods and approach to learning reflect this.   Rose Abbey Nursery School has an excellent academic reputation, and we are very proud of our children and their individual achievements.
