(Shades of Silver 1969 x Crystal Coronet 1976). Treasure is the dam of Daphne's resident stallion who is the foal at foot in this photo, Crystal Romance (Ibn Silver x Crystal Treasure). She was on loan to Daphne from Michael and Wendy Carr. Daphne returned her, in foal to Ibn Silver...result the lovely Crystal Sapphire.

100% Crabbet gelding owned by Philip Hirst. They both compete in endurance and hope to do the FEI* in 2015. Star has just won 80km three rivers endurance 2018!

This striking Chestnut showed very successfully in hand as a youngster. Rishim was purchased to become an endurance horse. Sadly he developed navicular syndrome and is retired. Owned by Suzanne Young.

A very pretty mare (aka Mint) who is owned by Alex Heron. As you can see from the photo a very relaxed and calm Crabbet to ride! A very close link to Romac as Irexandya's sire was Romac.

(Secret Partner 1982 - Just a Legend 1989)
This lovely stallion is the Polish influence in Daphne's breeding (CMK). Sire of the lovely mare, Bint Irexandya. Iffy has produced some lovely foals...the Crystal prefix, Heartbeat, Inspiration, Quest and Christabella out of Coralie Belle. Daphne bred a lovely filly too...Celtic Maggie May 2005 (Secret Heart x Bint Magnetta). You may notice that some of Daphne's Arabs have been named after Rod Stewart and Rolling Stones songs. She is a huge fan!

I would like to introduce my pba Medrus Chancer. Her sire is Master Chance. She was born on the 29th July, 2007. Meddy is a wonderful mare and I bought her at the age of 3. She is my first horse and will be my last. I have lots of daily kisses and she looks after me very well when riding and on the ground. Meddy is a very intelligent girl, non aggressive, and just wants to be loved which she is.

This lovely 50% Crabbet showhunter pony, is owned by Ellie Thomas. To continue their showing career, Ellie will register Toby with the AHS.

This lovely Chestnut mare was bred by Denise Nancarrow. Tohfa belongs to a teenage girl and does absolutely everything! XC, show jumping and has even won ridden pony champion! She lives on the Isle of Man and has been there since I sold her at 13 months.

Bred by Lady Wentworth at the Crabbet Stud, Silver Bell had six known offspring;

1950 Indian Chime by Indian Gold.
1952 Platinum Bell by Naseel.
1954 Tenor Bell by Farhan.
1956 Grey Crystal by ROMAC.

Miss Lyon purchased her but later sold her to James F. Lewis (USA) in 1963 when she was 17 years old. Silver Bell only bred two American foals;

1966 Lewisfield Vixen by Touch of Magic.
1969 Lewisfield Nizbal by Nizzam.
Her strain was Hamdanieh Simrieh.
Silver Bell is also registered under another name...Chrysilla (GSB).

(Sollum 1965 x Tashmar 1972).
Three lines to Rufeyan...another fabulous grey boy bred by Daphne. Sire to Shades of Tessra and Bint Magnetta.

I don't have much information on this Arab, except Daphne raced him. Photo shows Daphne with him in the Winner enclosure at Kempton Park (AHS race) over one mile. He won £2,000.

This lovely chestnut gelding is owned by Sallyann Ellis and was not bred by Daphne but by her friend Rosie Ennik. Check out his pedigree on the link. Lines that Daphne loves and of course appear in her own wealth of Crabbet history....Tashara, Sollum, Idris and the infamous Tessra.

Bred by Cecil Covey at Crabbet. Indian Star had 25 offspring from 1966 to 1979. Of course his sire, Indian Magic appears many times in Daphne's Crabbets.

This lovely 15hh chestnut roan was bred by Michael Caugwell. 'Nim'which is short for Nimue is now back with her original first owner, Sally Smith. Nim is owned by Lisa Matthews and on loan to Sally.
Mim has bred one foal....Allulah al Jahal 2012 (Bblack Fahaar x Crystal Steppe).
Sally rides her and competes at local shows. Nim was diagnosed with Cushings in 2015.
