6.  a) Registration Date for the League this season will be 12th December 2014. By this date, all teams must complete and return their Registration Form, with their list of up to 15 players (including Landlord/Steward), to the Secretary. After this date, no teams will be permitted to sign any new players. ALL players’ names should appear on the Results Card, including those who play in the Doubles or Nominated games.

    c) In the Landlords & the Registered Pairs competitions, players in each threesome/pair must be from the same League team.

7. Should a team be found to have played an un-registered or un-qualified player in a league or Cup game, the following sanctions will be applied:-

    c) No darts are to be removed from the board once a game is underway, until after each score is checked and called by the person marking the game.

10. a) The Nominated Pairs Cup game to be played after the league game, between one pair of players from each team under normal match rules.

No player can play in both the Nominated Pairs and the Nominated Singles on the same night.

    c) The Captains Trophy will be played on Match nights. This will be for Captains or Vice Captains. The Captains games will be one game, 501 up, double in, double finish.

    d) The Aggregates will be based on the 6 singles games, plus ½ points from doubles games (See Rule 4c).

    e) All games played within a League Fixture should count towards the Most Wins/Fewest Darts/Most 180s/Highest Off competitions.

NB Highest offs shall only count if they are achieved in a double-off game

11. Any team failing to fulfil a fixture will forfeit the match, and associated competitions. The only exception to this will be cancellation due to inclement weather, when teams must notify the opposition by 7.30 p.m. at the latest. The present ruling as to rearranging the fixture will still apply.

Any game cancelled, for this reason, must be brought to the attention of the Secretary as soon as possible, and then rearranged via the Secretary. If this cannot be done, then the Committee will meet to decide the result of the game.

12.  a) In the event of a tie at the top of the League, when the season ends, a Play-off will be played between the teams concerned; a neutral venue will be chosen, the game being played as a straight knockout, with 7 players on each side. (A tie will occur if teams are level on points and on wins)

     b) There shall also be play offs at the end of the season where two or more players/teams are tied – this to apply to Promotion/Relegation places, Nominated Singles/Doubles, and Aggregates.

13. All Results Cards must be filled in correctly, and signed. The Card must be sent by e-mail or mobile phone to the Secretary, to arrive no later than the Monday night following each game. If the result is e-mailed, all details from the card must be included, and the Home Captain will be responsible for keeping the card, as evidence, until at least the end of the season. The Home Team Captain will be held responsible for the Results Card, so if the Result does not arrive, his team may be penalised; any team that fails to present a Results, or presents a Result that is incorrectly filled in, will be fined up to 8 points in the case of a league match, or forfeit the Cup match. In addition, if the result of the Doubles, Nominated or Captain's game is not included on the Results Card, then neither team will receive a point for that competition.

a). Late Results will incur the following penalties:- 1st late Result will result in a warning [printed on the next Results Sheet, and sent in an e-mail to the Team Captain concerned]; subsequent late results will incur a four point penalty on the first occasion; this penalty will rise to six, then eight points for continuing offenders.

b). All Competition fees must be paid on to the Treasurer within one week of the Competition date. Failure to do so will result in a £10 fine for the team responsible (i.e. the team whose venue was used for the Competition)); that venue will not then be used for the following season's competitions.

14. The loss of these Rules is not an excuse to infringe them.

15. The Committee's rulings on all points are final, as agreed at the Annual General Meeting.
