Bolton Wanderers won the Premiership !!

by Craig Chapman - 17:06 on 11 May 2010

Badly Knitted Man (Gordon Brown) is resigning !!!

(we also thank Frankie Boyle for dropping by and using this blog for his Friday column in The Sun - next time Frankie, give us a name check !!)

Well yes, we have prayed for this news, but in these circumstances ? It scares us to death.

Following Gordon Brown's foul-mouthed rant at Nick Clegg at the weekend, Clegg has obviously gone crying to the other Labour ministers and told them to sack Bagpuss or they lose their only chance to keep their high profile jobs.

So, we now face the prospect of all those defeated in the recent elections, taking up office and running our country. Even the volcanos are conspiring against us, preventing our mass exodus from this doomed isle. Then again, we might all wake up and find its just been a bad dream, or a media hoax ??

The endless queue of gloating Labour slimeballs appearing on TV yesterday to monotone about Gordon's honourable departure and motives, was truly appalling. These loophole-clingers take away the very last bit of dignity that our political system might have had left and look even bigger fools for thinking we might believe them - that went out the window a long time ago.

Honourable is certainly not the best choice of words for the man who has sold the country that didn't elect him, kept millions of Brits unemployed, imported endless immigrants to vote for him and appointed a single man as Minister For Children, whilst lying about how he funds our troops in Afghanistan.

David Cameron very honestly and openly invited the LibDems to talks, despite them having just 17% of the Tory seat total and a bunch of extremely dodgy policies that defied their glorious EU mantra. It wasn't what Cameron had dreamt he'd have to do, but he bit his lip and did it in public, for all to see and understand.

Obviously led by Mandleson, the Labour slimewagon has now examined loopholes and decided that Conservative didn't win the election last week ????

To use a similar situation, let me suggest that Chelsea also did not win the Premier League on Sunday, because Bolton Wanderers did.

Bolton's chairman Phil Gartside, decided that their 14th place and 39 points gave them the option to amalgamate with Wigan Athletic, add together their season's points haul of 39 + 36 (= 75) to superceed Chelsea's 86 points.

Further maniplulation of calculator noted that even this slice of slimey skullduggery wasn't enough, so they also bought out Burnley (relegated with 30 points) to drag themselves across the line.

Ridiculous isn't it.

La la land, pure and simple. Sound familiar ?

Let's hope tomorow brings better news.

Time for Teletubby byebyes
