German Judges Kick EU's Ass

by Craig Chapman - 07:10 on 15 July 2009

German judges advised that the EU Constitution (Lisbon Treaty) is an illegal power grab. Berlin's highest court said that the document removes European nation's governments of the right to set laws regarding defence, tax, policing, education, media and culture.

They demanded that Germany's parliament be able to overule Brussels and they will delay the bringing the treaty into law.

They also declared that such a body cannot be part of a democratic process if there is no alternative to be voted for.

The Open Europe Think Tank encouraged British politicians to stand up and demand the same powers.

The British Constitutution group has been encouraging its supporters to report our governments dating back to 1971 of Treason for handing power to an overseas potentate, however the British police and courts have been consistently too scared, un-informed and ruled from above to act on such accusations.

Perhaps the developments in Germany, one the 2 main powers behind the EU throne, will open more doors to get this unelected, money-wasting bunch of creeps off our backs for good.

Popular Alliance are just stumped why this news isn't on the front pages of our newspapers and lead item on the news. The Stasi seem to have them all bound and gagged when it comes to any anti-EU sentiment, yet 70%+ of the population wants the EU to go to hell.

Meanwhile BNP leader Nick Griffin and his fellow MEP Andrew Brons caused uproar because (i) no-one will sit next to them in Brussels and (ii) on not being invited to Glenys Kinnock's drinkypoos, Mr Griffin accused her and her husband Neil, of being a political prostitutes, not only having their noses in thr rough, but being actually in the trough. For once, Nick (and you won't hear this often from us), WELL SAID.
