Westminster - Closed For Maintenance

by Craig Chapman - 08:41 on 07 June 2009

When will it stop ?

Of course, I am referring to that mostly woeful bunch of shysters occupying the leather seats of the House of Commons - and those recently departed (or intending to shuffle off after another 12 months of wages and expenses).

Certainly the most pointed resignation from the Labour Cabinet has been the marvellously 2 faced Caroline Flint, the subject of numerous comments in my previous blogs. Here is a woman so poisonous in her elitist, arrogant manner of talking down at everyone, that she forgot that a few minutes before slagging off his Gordonness in a resignation huff, she had just sung his praises and her undying loyalty to him, to the nation in a TV interview. However, as soon as she didn't get what she wanted, its because she's a woman and that Gordon is a chauvanistic tosser.

Pathetic, Ms Flint !!

Gordon Brown is many things unpleasant, but we cannot accuse him of being 2-faced, as we can the constant stream of expense-fiddling, pocket-lining bunch of fraudsters presently resigning from his cabinet. No, Gordon is a pompous, miserable, befuddled, incompetant tosspot 100% of the time, which is fine if his job is one that doesn't affect our lives too considerably, but in the present circumstances, he is bringing down our nation lower than it has ever been before, and must be forcibly removed from his unelected post if he cannot manage the task himself.

Blears, Smith, Flint, Beckett - what a sorry, cat-scratching representation of the fairer sex. Quite which window Hazel Blears is meant to dress, I'm not sure but we should not judge her looks when giving reasons to have her as far away from Westminster as possible, just her patronising manner and arrogance is enough - likewise Jacqui Smith. Caroline Flint is cut from the same stone as the top woman sacked at Harringey Social Services. None of this sorry bunch represent British women in a positive manner and have no right to declare otherwise. Both men and women have an equal right to reach a top job on merit, not off the back of a power crazy, 2-faced ego. These 4 do not fit into that deserving category and therefore have no right to suggest otherwise.

Gordon, you are not the best man for the job, we would barely trust you with a car park, let alone a nation !!

As for the blokes finally using their (paid for) return tickets to Nowheresville, good riddance, but why didn't you take Brown, Mandleson and Darling with you ? Now we'll have even more unelected faces taking their places, so much for democracy !!

The problem is that the equally shifty Tories have now been put in charge of almost every council in the UK, will no doubt come top in the EU elections and will soon be in government.

God help us !!

Saturday's D-Day memorial service in Normandy, shown live on TV was a very moving affair. We hope that every smarming politician felt smaller than a droplet of panic-riven cold sweat, when they saw the faces of the old soldiers.

Listening to Gordon Brown (I'm sure I heard some boos and a **** off when his name was annouced) patronising the heroes with all manner of platitudes, whilst his government has stripped thousands off all their pensions, ripped apart all the old regiments, sent the modern day soldiers into war with shoddy equipment and attempted to remove the these heroic war stories from our school curriculums. Gordon, you were not fit to stand there and address these heroes, you should be ashamed.

AND

Whatever form of Ministerial cock-up led to our Queen not being present at this memorial should be seen as an Act of Treason. Which jumped-up, arrogant pencil pusher made this decision ? We want to know !!

Get these people out of our sight - NOW !!
