Re-Instate John Gaunt on Talksport

by Craig Chapman - 10:19 on 28 November 2008

No doubt many readers of this website and our blogs are also keen on reading and listening to John Gaunt - on Talksport Radio and also his newspaper columns in The Sun newspaper. He certainly talks a lot of sense and is not afraid to seek the truth regarding many matters close our party's heart.

John was recently fired from Talksport for stating what he believe to be a very apt description of someone in an offical position acting (to quote) "like a Nazi !!"

There are many people emailing Talksport to demand he is re-instated. That programme enjoys its reputation of being to the point, so how can fire someone for upholding that tradition ?

From Gaunty himself, here are a couple of links to add your support and voice your feelings :-

jon@gaunty.com

Plus the press are also supporting him and he is delighted that Liberty have taken up the case. Download here >> http://www.gaunty.com/liberty.txt

Please also read what Gurkha hero and VC Mr Pun had to say in my support. His words moved John and his girls to tears. Download here >>

You can also email Talksport Scott.Taunton@utvradio.co.uk, although as expected, you will no doubt receive a pre-preared reply saying that they cannot comment due to pending legal action

GOOD LUCK GAUNTY
