UNITE to FIGHT against ROOT CAUSES and not just the SYMPTOMS

by Craig Chapman - 09:11 on 26 September 2008

The various committed Pressure Groups and Single Issue Organisations in the UK need to sit down together and address the root of the problems they face, and not just the individual symptoms that they vocally oppose.

Whilst we all chip away in this splintered manner, our government and its masters overseas, continue to move the goalposts further and further away, carefully monitoring and countering each forward step made by each group. They even infiltrate many of these organisations and ensure that a common purpose does not materialise.

I received a newsletter from one such group this morning. Popular Alliance have whole heartedly supported their actions to oppose the building of an ECO-Town with a proposed 25-90,000 population (both figures are mentioned in the plans) between Lichfield and Fradley in Staffordshire, across miles of good farming land and peaceful countryside.

They have done a very good job in terminating the "ECO" part of the planning, but now face a fight against the endless expansion of nearby villages to form a town in exactly the same location.

The below paragraphs show my reply ...

Your team has done an excellent job so far regarding the ECO Town climb down at Curborough, but one thing you fail to mention in every newsletter is the root of the problem - immigration.

The ECO-Towns and proposed new-towns are simply a symptom of too many people entering the UK. It is not a racist issue, it is plain common sense and sound econmics and the longer people try to avoid talking about the real facts of the matter, the longer it will drag on. There are plenty of longer term immigrants will fully agree with this fact, my Chinese wife for one.

The birth rate of the traditional British family is at its lowest for decades, however the birthrate amongst those who have come here in the past 20 years is up to 3 times higher. The open door EU policy and the lack of controlled immigration from Asia and North Africa is negatively affecting almost every aspect of our lives and whilst you may get a few villages motivated for a "NIMBY" focus, we as a whole nation continue to let our Liberally-motivated, yet dictatorsist-in-practice government enforce these issues onto us with a barely wimper in response.

Recent government figures suggest that each working immigrant is benefitting our nation by just 67p per month and we can rest assured that this does not account for their families and the non-working ones - and their burden upon the nation's infrastructure.

At those rates, it takes 1 million immigrants to add £670,000 of worth to our nation - the government could save that by sacking a few Diversity Accomodators at each council and we'd all be happier for it. This figure barely accounts for the expenses claimed by 4 MPs in a year !! Perhaps immigrants are only encouraged to come here in order to pay for new dressers for MP's 2nd homes ??

We have had countless politicians and do-gooders tell us that immigration is good for our nation. Perhaps in some key areas it is, but there is no logical, ethical or any other form of explaination to account for the need for 10 new cities the size of Birmingham to be built by 2020 which will ruin and dilute our nation beyond repair, whilst we all sit around and watch X-Factor.

I can also guarantee that the 67p per immigrant per month does not start to cover the cost of having up to 5 million potential workers (of ALL races) in this country sit on their backsides and claim their living from mine and your taxes.

I would gladly pay £8.04 extra income tax per annum - the inividual annual total benefit one working immigrant supposedly brings us - if it did away with the need to sink our nation, physically, financially, mentally and culturally.

Curborough is only a minor percentage of the problem and a symptom of something else at that. I fully support your actions, but I also hope that you start to broadcast the wider picture too, because only then will you, we and the British people be able to sit back and live in peace and security.

This view is probably not held by many of their members and it is likely in the present UK scenario, that they would not get much support from local council members and newspapers if they stood up and made the immigration statement. Their empires are built on eggshells, wastes millions of pounds every year tip-toeing across them and therefore contributes enormously to the great malaise in getting anything done in this country.

It is unfortunate that the powers that be in this country jump through hoops to knock our country and then recoil in horror if someone tries to offer a mature and fair opinion that differs from their own. I have had one accusation of being a rabid racist as a result of my letter this morning. Thankfully another reply has been a lot more mature and points out that they remain a non political organisation. I still feel that they are fighting a political issue and perhaps the term "neutral" could be more appropriate.

It does however, bother me that they allowed their local Conservative MP to address their rally (at which he did make a few statements to knock Labour motives) and then they stear a wide berth around our factual suggestions. Hmmm....

To ensure that my future writings on this subject do not affect the group's wishes to remain neutral and avoid assocations with ALL political parties, I shall only refer to the Curborough project and ECO Towns in future, however I still strongly urge them to look beyond WS13 postcodes.

The Conservatives and Labour are both part of the problem. Their elite are at best controlled by and, at worst, part of a rich elite. These elite have control of our education system, our mainstream media and our government cabinet. They have helped to foster the underlying psyche of this nation that tells us anyone who objects to immigration is a "racist", and a "racist" is a term used to demonise and vilify anyone who objects to their ideology (an ideology that conveniently helps to make them rich via cheap labour), the tag also helps to beat away any new parties that dare to speak out.

Environmentalism is in danger of becoming another ideology that demonises anyone who disagrees with the status quo. Hopefully we can avoid that and find sensible answers to issues such as the one you raised - building on green land.

There's a long struggle ahead to take the country back to sanity but I figure we can do nothing and watch it happen or at least put a good fight.
