Policy Thieves

by Chris Ellice - 11:39 on 12 October 2007
I read Kelvin MacKenzie's excellent write up in The Sun on Thursday 11th October regarding Mr Cameron giving Mr Brown a bloody nose in The House of Commons, mostly regarding policy theft. Well, Mr Cameron, I congratulate you on your efforts but I do feel compelled to remind you exactly where you got the policy ideas in the first place. Please note my reply to Mr Mackenzie below :-
Dear Kelvin,

I must say I enjoyed your "McBottle Brothers" write up on Thursday, but I do question just where the Tories gain their higher ground regarding who steals who's policies.

Popular Alliance might only be a small, new party, but Labour, Tories and LibDems have been guilty of raiding our policies time and time again these past 12 months. Even the BNP have tried to lift our ideas word for word as they strive to not look like the extreme right wing party that we all know they are. Our immigration policies are based on basic economics and tax payers rights.

The changes to Capital Gains Tax have been posted on our website for more than 14 months now - Tories & Labour borrowed it to save their own necks.

Our website has been a stop off point for all manner of under pressure ministers and policy makers in the last few months and whilst we're really happy to see some common sense coming into play, we'd like to get some thanks for our input in guiding these overpaid train wrecks.

Perhaps McGordon (the Kitty Fiddler - another PA original term) would benefit from a visit to our EU Referendum and Hydrogen Energy pages, then perhaps our nation would prosper and be able to stand independently, as friend of all nations, but reliant only on ourselves.

At the last election, my letter to East Staffs Borough Council regarding our local polling cards being written in 4 languages (stating simply that surely the minimum requirement to vote in the UK should be to speak the language of the country) brought a reply suggesting that I take counselling to calm my racist slurs !!! Now we read that Labour are promoting using just one language for all official forms. I'm getting dizzy with these U-Turns and Spin.

Popular Alliance colours are Black and White
i) Its cheaper to print fliers and party papers
ii) We do not believe in grey areas, they only encourage confusion and distrust, resulting in the Liberal Anarchy that exists across our nation

I have attached a recent blog that you might enjoy

Best Regards

Craig Chapman
