Fund-raising

For over 30 years now Calum Mackenzie and his crews have taken thousands of visitors on many hundreds of cruises to see the famous seals of Plockton, on Scotland's magnificent west coast. Many of our visitors return year after year, with many coming back to Plockton wanting to go on another boat trip and see the seals. Children nag their mums and dads to take them to see Calum, and many leave with the great thrill of having 'driven the boat'.

Throughout these years Calum and his crew have raised many thousands of pounds for worthwhile charitable causes, McMillan Cancer Care, Highland Hospice to name but a few. Special events have been staged to raise yet more money and at the end of every season the crew give up their time to present the years fund-raising to the various charities. In 2013 over £2,800.00 was raised for these fine charities, from special cruises, fund-raising events and the gratuities.

None of this would have happened without you, our customers and supporters, whose gratuities, donations and gifts have been so generous for so long. It is with your help and support which has made a difference and helped those many charities and organisations whose tiresless work contributes so much to our communities.
