From my mother's (Joan Nelson 1911 - 2018) recollection:  Joan referred to George as Uncle George and his wife as Aunt Bea. They spent time in India and eventually moved to Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. George worked for an accounting firm and resided at a residence beside the high school (Sarnia Collegiate and Technical School) that Joan attended. She occasionally visited them at lunchtime. I believe they eventually returned to England.
