ANKE JAUCH

In the last few days of 2010 my good friend Anke Jauch had her action research paper published in EJOLTS (e-Journal of Living Theories) at http://ejolts.net/node/178. The title is:

How can I improve my communication with my sister, so that I can lead a more loving, consistent and harmonious life with her? A personal action research inquiry into family-displacement in the former eastern zone and as a symbol of the reunification of Germany

I can heartily recommend it! It is an honest, riveting, brave, heartfelt and rigorous account of changing lives. What makes it even more significant than a simple personal narrative, is how Anke weaves East Germany's past and the current state of the reunited Germany as more than simple metaphors into her enquiry's  narrative. I think it's a masterpiece. It is available in both German and English at the above site.
