If you feel like your company’s needs do not fit one of our standard price plans, please get in touch and we will be happy to create a package tailored to your specific requirements.

• If you require your calls transferred to you we can offer a call patching service to UK landlines or UK mobiles, priced at 10p per transfer plus the cost of the call.
• Should you require us to call you on an alternate number to pass on a message, this will be charged at 20p per message plus the cost of the call.
• The minimum term is one month, with one month’s notice period thereafter, the only exceptions being planned holiday cover or sickness cover.
• All service charges are invoiced on a monthly basis, and must be paid in advance, by the first day of the next month.
• Calls are tallied from when we close on the 25th of each month, until the point of closing on the 25th of the next month.
• Any additional services provided during a given month will be charged at the end of that month.
• You are free to switch your package monthly, to account for quieter and busier times in your year, with just one month’s notice period.
• If you require holiday cover, we need to have received all paperwork and the initial payment by 5 pm the day before the cover is due to start.
• We appreciate that sickness cover can not be planned, and can typically have your cover up and running within 30 minutes of receiving the completed paperwork. The initial payment is then due by 5 pm on the first day that cover is provided.
• • Calls will be answered between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Messages left outside of these hours will be collected and sent over to you at the start of the next working day.
• Message Angels is closed from 24th December to 1st January every year, but we will check voicemails periodically throughout this period, and pass any messages along to you.
