Message Angels Telephone answering service

The Monthly service charge is due and payable in advance by the subscriber to Message Angels.

All billings submitted to the subscriber shall be due and payable on or before 1^st of each month.

Charges for additional messages taken on behalf of the subscriber by Message Angels together with the standard charges for message collection and/or transmission will be due and payable 1^st of the following month.

Non payment may result in a late payment charge and we reserve the right to withhold messages and as a last resort termination of said service.

Should the subscriber fail to make any payment on the due date then without prejudice to any other rights Message Angels shall be entitled to cancel the contract.

The subscriber agrees that all charges relating to call diversion facilities are payable by the subscriber directly to their telephone company.

The Contract shall continue for a period of one month from the date specified in the order form

(Subject to earlier determination as herein provided) and shall continue thereafter unless terminated by either party upon the giving of thirty days written notice. Contracted hours Mon – Fri 0900 – 1730 excluding weekends and Bank holidays.

The subscriber agrees to pay for all collection agency fees and commissions and the costs of any action instituted as well as any lawyer/solicitor fees incurred in the collection of any monies due to Message Angels in accordance with this contract.

It is agreed that any liability for damages arising from the provision of the services under this agreement to the subscriber whether caused by negligence of Message Angels employees or otherwise, is limited to actual damages but shall in no event exceed one hundred pounds or one months service, whichever is lower. The parties agree that this provision liquidates the damages and is not a penalty.

All Messages will be treated in the strictest confidence unless otherwise required by law.

Message Angel’s reserves the right to amend its published price list at any time.

The subscriber accepts & acknowledges that malfunctioning or defective equipment may cause interruption of the services, also atmospheric conditions under special circumstances may cause interference to the service, While we will always endeavour to answer 100% of calls presented it cannot be guaranteed, there will be a voice mail facility for these occasions.

Message Angels will under no circumstances be held responsible for any loss or damage to the subscriber through any interruption to the service so caused.
