Q. Why should I sign up for the Message Angels Service

So you can be sure that all of your incoming calls are answered professionally even if you are unavailable.

Q. How does Message Angels work?

We give you a unique number that diverts your calls to us as and when you wish. Your calls will be answered in your company name, in the style you request. We will know that the call is yours as your details will appear instantly on our screen. Also on screen will be lots of information about your company. It's this information, along with our exceptional customer service skills, that allows us to work so efficiently and become an integral part of your team.

Q. How will Message Angels get to know me and my business?

When you sign up to the Message Angels service we  will enter all of your key details into our Client Management Information System. This includes a checklist of information about your company, employees and customers and most importantly, how you want your calls and messages handled. This means we will have the required knowledge to be a valuable asset to you and your company.

Q. What level of service do you offer?

Message Angels is an extension of your business so we will be working for you during your normal office hours

Q. What happens outside normal office hours?

At all other times your calls are diverted to our voicemail system where your callers are greeted and invited to leave a message, We will check these the following working morning and send them on to you.

Q. How do I divert my existing number to Message Angels?

You are in complete control of your divert facility, so you decide which calls are sent through to Message Angels. You may choose to divert all your calls or just those that would otherwise receive an engaged tone or be unanswered. And you are not limited by the number of different locations that you can divert to your unique Message Angels number. Whether you have a switchboard, work from home or want to divert mobile calls, we can provide you with all of the information you will need.
