 Lochs F.C "100" Club

This is an exclusive club with an esteemed membership. To join this club there is only one thing you need to do, score 100 senior goals for Lochs Football Club.

Below are the members, so far, of this most prestigious club.

        John “Chuck” Macleod

Chuck was the star striker of the successful Lochs sides of the 1950’s, 1960’s and early 1970’s. His goals tally is not known but is probably around the 300+ mark. This is an excellent strike rate for a versatile player who played winger, centre-half and even in goals, as well as centre forward.

         Robbie Mackenzie

Robbie was a barnstorming striker in the 1980’s who netted 85 goals in two seasons and terrified opposing defenses. He is now manager of the current Lochs side.

  Donald Murdo 'Dan'Macmillan

Dan combined goal scoring and skilful midfield play to make him a key to successful Lochs sides in the 1980’s and 1990’s alongside his big brother Angie Macmillan.

John “Jordan” Mackay

Jordan’s goal tally for Lochs is 118 scored mostly through the 1990’s and into the 2000’s. He was part of the successful Four In A Row Eilean an Fhraoich Cup sides in the 80’s and 90’s as well as the League title winning sides of 1995 and 2003.

        Don “Lava” Macleod

The talisman of Lochs sides since the late 1990’s Lava has set a new standard in goal scoring for Lochs. His career total stands at 371. Season 2007 was the highlight of his career to date when he netted 53 times.

          David Macmillan

David is a midfield dynamo in the current Lochs side and has combined that with a phenomenal goal scoring record. His current tally stands at 195. In season 2006 he netted 31 times, a marvellous achievement from midfield.

               David Martin

A flamboyant wing back/attacking winger David is the mercurial figure in the mix in the present Lochs side. Of his 139 goals for Lochs, 21 were scored in 2005 and another 21 in 2006. A large number of these 139 came at crucial points in Cup Finals and decisive League and Cup games.

                          Donald “Nomie” Macdonald
“Nomie” is a stylish, skilful striker who has scored over 100 times for the Maroons since joining the club in season 2004.  Of these 100 a large number are fondly remembered by Lochs fans due to their sheer quality.  A truly great Lochie Legend.

        Andy Murray

Andy became a member of this elite group of Lochies in season 2013 when he scored his 100th goal against United at Goathill Park.  A midfield maestro Andy has always been capable of breaking forward and finding the net.  None of his goals will be remembered as fondly as the two he scored against Avoch at Victoria Park, Dingwall to help Lochs lift the 2005 Highland Amateur Cup.
