Last Saturday we traveled up to Thurso to take part in the North Primary First Shinty Sixes. There were sixteen teams in all and we were in a group with Pennyland, Castletown and Miller. We won all our games without conceding a goal and got through to the semi-finals. We were playing Farr in the semis and got off to a great start scoring two goals, Farr quickly equalised and then scored the winning goal to take the match 4-3. We were disappointed to go out in the semis but the youngsters played excellent Shinty once again and should be very proud of their performance. The cup finally went to Halkiirk who bet the Farr team 5-2.
