Meditation

I started this group in 2010 and it has evolved long the way responding to the needs of the ladies, and what I feel drawn to share with the group. 2013 sees an additional group of Mindfulness Meditation.

Join us for an hour a week to escape the stress and strain of life to learn and experience mindfulness.
