Admissions procedure
If you are thinking ahead about your future needs, or the future needs of a relative or friend, then it makes sense to get your name down on our waiting list. That enables us to contact you and keep you up to date on the availability of rooms. We have a simple Waiting List Form which gives us basic details and contact information.
When it comes to the time when a room is needed then your will be requested to complete our Application Form which gives us more information about your circumstances. We will then carry out an assessment of your needs and the level of care required.
Finally a Residency Agreement is put in place agreeing the terms and methods of payment.
All forms can be signed either by the future resident or by their Attorney.
Please note that all residents must have a Power of Attorney in place prior to admission.
You will be asked to give us permission to hold (and use under restricted circumstances) personal data on yourself and any other person who is party to the Residency Agreement. We will retain and use this information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
