The Narberth Bloomfield Centre class restarts from Monday 11th January, still 6.30-7.30 pm, still £5.

The new Haverfordwest class for Learning Pembrokeshire starts on Tuesday 12th January; contact the Haverfordwest CLC on 01437 770150 if you are interested and haven't registered yet, as places are limited. We will be in the Club Room in the Community Learning Centre, off Dew Street.

If you can't make Tuesdays and/or want a 'pay as you go' class near Haverfordwest, Spittal starts back tonight, Wednesday 6th January, 7.30-9.00, £7, and continues on the first and third Wednesdays of the month.

As usual, hip belts are available to borrow. Don't wait until you're slim (or other excuses) - come and shimmy!
