Terms & Conditions for Classes and Workshops

(I know: tedious, but necessary.  I reserve the right to update these at any time.)

Leave your worries at the door.  Enjoy yourself!

Please try to arrive on time.  If you miss the warm up, please do a short warm up to one side and join the class as quickly as you can.

On entering the dance space, please take off your shoes so that you don't track in dirt.

Please turn phones off unless you are on call (for example, a parent who needs to be contactable by the babysitter).

Keep in Touch! Everyone has times when they or their family are ill, have a clashing event, need to cram for exams or just need an evening on the sofa with the TV and a cup of tea.  If you are a regular, please let me know if you can't make it and why, or if you are just running late.  If you are a new starter or only come occasionally, please let me know if you are planning to come, just in case you are the only one! A short text, email or phone call will do. I will wait for dancers for 15 minutes, but I would prefer to avoid being the only one to turn up for a lesson, particularly on a cold and stormy night when I would rather like a break in front of the TV myself. Call or text me on 07794310202.

Please play nicely! No judgemental attitudes, no offensive or hurtful comments about and to each other, either directly or behind backs.  Class and workshop attendees who are rude or disruptive will be asked to leave the class and no refund will be given.

No eating during class or workshops except during a formal break. No chewing gum! But feel free to take a sip of water any time you need to.

Children under 14 may attend my independent classes and workshops (that is, those which are not provided through Learning Pembrokeshire or Learning Carmarthenshire), provided that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is responsible for their health and safety and will ensure their good behaviour.

Choreographies are shared on the understanding that you will not perform the choreography without permission.  If permission is granted, you will discuss and agree any proposed alterations to the choreography and give credit to the choreographer(s).
