Mindful Moving Meditation

I'll be at a free healing event on 21st November at Haverfordwest Cricket Club, providing short Mindful Moving Meditation sessions, either one-to-one or in small groups. As well as the focus on breathing typical of meditation, mindful movement also involves sensory awareness and somatic (mind-body) exploration during slow, gentle movements which promote good posture and relaxation.
