Sad to say, there are too few signed up for the new Learning Pembrokeshire belly dance or belly dance flow fitness classes, due to run Tuesday evenings in Haverfordwest, Milford Haven or Neyland, so the classes have been delayed and may run, with enough support, after half term (3rd November). If you want to do either belly dance (with an emphasis on dance!) or belly dance flow fitness (using belly dance moves to create a safe, low impact, gentle way to strengthen the core and exercise the whole body, but without the boring sit-ups) then please contact Learning Pembrokeshire on 01437 770150 (Haverfordwest)/770160 or 770165 (Milford Haven or Neyland) and tell them which type of class and which centre you would prefer.

The first Spittal class of term is tomorrow, Wednesday September 23rd, at Spittal Hall 7.30-9.00 pm, £7 unless we have an influx of new dancers! Classes then run fortnightly.

The first Bloomfield, Narberth class is next Monday, 28th September, 6.30-7.30 pm, £5.00. Classes then run weekly, although may be cancelled if no-one comes!
