This half term, the theme is sensuous and slow, concentrating on lyrical, fluid, rounded movements.

For those planning to perform at the Belly Dance Masquerade Ball in Cardiff on October 8th, there will be a weekly rehearsal for 'Trust in Me'. I'll be taking orders for feather boas in the first class.
