Shapeworks

The herbalife shapeworks range is a personalised weight management programme to help customers manage their weight wisely.  It consists of Formula 1, formula 2 and formula 3 as illustated below

Formula 1 is a nutritional shake mix available in five flavours.  The shakes can be prepared using skimmed/semi skimmed milk, soy milk and fruit juices.  A range of fruit, yoghurt and icecream can be added to suit personal tastes.  Formula 1 can be added to porridge and other recipes as an alternative to shakes. 

Formula 2 is a multivitamin complex.  it is a delicate balance of essential vitamins and minerals supporting the foundation of good health.  On a weight management programme formula 2 is necessary to ensure individuals are consuming the correct balance of nutrients on a lower calorie diet regime

Formula 3 is protein powder.  Protein powder is added to shakes and other foods eg porridge to support satiety for longer periods of time.  Protein powder ensures individuals are satisfied for longer periods of time by curbing hunger.  Protein can also help to build muscle with regular exercise which increases the metabolism to speed up weight loss

As an additiion Formula 1 is also available as a meal replacement bar.  It is suitable for people who do not like shakes, or do not have time to prepare them or cannot carry liquids while commuting

Formula 1 meal replacement bars are 207 calories per bar,  they contain plant carbohydrates, high levels of soy protein  and fibre and are low GI.  They provide slow release energy which promotes longer satiety and less hunger in between meals.
