Work is now complete on the building of a new £1.3 million health centre next to the Dr MacKinnon Memorial Hospital at Broadford on Skye.
 

It will serve people living in Broadford and Strath and in the Kyleakin and Kylehrea communities and will be fully accessible to all in line with current legislation on disabled access.

Members of the public are being given an opportunity to tour the new centre, which will house five new consulting rooms, a dedicated treatment room, two nurse consulting rooms and a new base for community nursing staff, along with associated administrative, storage and waiting areas, on Friday 8th June between 10am-12noon.

Members of the public will not only get to tour the new facilities but will also be able to ask questions about the project. Those interested in attending can report to reception on the day.
