Sexual Discrimination

by John - 22:45 on 03 October 2012

Who would have ever thought that I, of all people, would be subjected to blatent sexual discrimination ...

Like all normal red blooded Scottish males, I was born with a fully developed 'sweet tooth'.
Throughout my three score years and five, a wee bar of chocolate has always been a frequent and welcome treat.

Naturally, on hearing that Cadbury were bringing out a new chocolate bar called - Crispello - I was keen to exercise my connoiseur's palate for all things chocolate, and give it a try.

But NO. It's not to be ...

Cadbury's new Crispello is only for women !!!

Cadbury, in their wisdom, have decided that their new confection is gender specific.

To be launched any day now with a £7 million marketing campaign directed at the female population, it will be sold under the slogan “a little treat for you”, so that, get this, women can eat it without feeling guilty.

A Cadbury spokesman - sorry - spokesperson said -

“The mix of wafer and chocolate is a lighter way to eat chocolate and we know from experience that women are attracted to this particular format.
It will also appeal to women because it is in three separate portions and comes in a resealable pack so they can consume a little at a time rather than in one go.”

What utter tosh - a ladies only chocolat bar!

Ladies - please say you are not that gullable.

C'mon lads - the Yorkies are on me.
