I have decided to offer pedicure treatments to compliment my Reflexology treament, because a number of my clients have asked if I could cut their toe nails and have asked for advice with regard to common foot complaints. I'm now qualified to offer this service.

The treatment

Your feet will be bathed in warm water, in order to not only cleanse the feet but to soften the skin too. The water will have aromatherapy oils added that will enhance the relaxing experience and help to eliminate built up grime or treat foot problems  such as hard and dry skin.

Your feet will be massaged using creams or oils, sometimes with an additional exfoliating product to help remove dead skin cells from yuor feet, toes and nail beds. This also helps to rejuvenate your feet and improve circulation of blood to the area.

Once the massage stage is complete, problematic areas such as corns, calluses and hard skin will be treated using devices or products designed especially for these. Nails will be treated by trimming and reshaping and cuticles pushed back.

 Note this therapy works alongside of conventional medical treatments and should not replace it, your G.P.'s permissiom may be needed before you can receive a treatment.
