New Build

The Work party which went out in Summer 2010 went out with a BUILD Budget of £10,500 with the intent of completing

a) A Concrete Slab to form the ROOF of the Ground Floor flat

b) The 1st Floor Flat was probably to have a Lightweight Roof

The Slab was completed and the team considered re-designing the 1 st floor flat to have

1) A Solid Concrete Slab so as to accommodate another Storey with an additional bedroom and drying area

2) This would probably add to the previous BUDGET 

Thus it might be important to be able to generate additional funding in the future for potential NEW BUILD PROJECTS
