Something a little more interesting

by @FlyingFleaMoto - 18:16 on 23 January 2012

So after the hello’s and introductions in my last blog, I thought this time that I would move on to something a little more interesting... Racing.
This year we are sponsoring a team  in the Thundersport GB championship. Team 99 and their rider #99 Ben Crowe. You can get involved with Team 99 by visiting their site or contact via twitter. We look forward to watching them throughout the season and we are planning to be there at the first race of the season at Brands Hatch.

Across the world of motorcycle racing there is so many good riders it can be hard to choose who to follow. This year however I have a simple Idea , follow the Brits, Hopkins and Rossi, Simples!
So with WSBK starting down under at Phillip Island we have Laverty, Haslam, Rea, Sykes, Camier, Davies and Hopkins. It should be a great season and lots of great racing, I’ll be blogging more about WSBK as it gets closer to the start of the season.
We also also some young Brits who are racing in Spain in the Redbull Rookies Cup. You can follow a link for the links page for further info. I want to say good luck to all of you and I will be tweeting about their progress throughout the year.
So I guess it’s Moto GP time. Well first I think I should say that this year I feel Moto 2 and Moto 3 is where the action is going to be. It is great to see more bikes on the Moto GP grid but I am not sure even with the entry of CRT bikes that it will catch my attention. But I am still looking forward to Crutchlow and Rossi having an improved seasons. And we must say Good Luck to James Ellison who doubles the number of Brits in the top class this year.
Moto 2 is shaping up to be every bit as good as last year and with Gino Rea racing this year alongside Bradley Smith and Scott Redding we should be in for some good results and hopefully the National Anthem playing at plenty of races. However it is not going to be easy as all the big names are still there and in this class anyone can win a race at any time, It’s why I enjoy the races so much.
And it is the first year for the new Moto 3 season. I was unsure about the change when it was announced so I am anxious to see how the season goes. I am glad we have Brits here to so Good luck to the 2 Danny’s. Danny Kent and Danny Webb.
Now some people will read the above and think well it was very general or bland or even boring, but there is a theory to madness, well I hope so at least. I said earlier who I am supporting so:
Who are you following this year?
Who do you think could be  a dark horse this year?
