How to get a techy to fix your computer

How to get your computer fixed:
1 Be next to the computer when you call.
2 Have it turned on. They don't work when they're switched off.
3 Don't say 'It's not urgent'. We have to treat it as urgent, otherwise it'll never get fixed.
4 Don't offer me coffee. Even if your coffee is exactly how I like it, I won't enjoy it as I will be worrying about spilling it on your computer.
