Joining the club
You are invited to attend the branch on two occasions as a guest at the usual admission fee of £5.00 per night for disco's or £6.00 for vocalists. On the third visit you are asked to join.
In order to maintain the element of people wanting to become members it is necessary to show proof of status before joining.
In order to do so the following paperwork is required.
If you are a widow(er) you will need to show your spouse’s death certificate.
If you are divorced you will need to show your divorce papers.
If you are separated you will need to show a letter from a solicitor to confirm legal separation or a Council Tax Bill showing the 25% discount that is allowed to singletons.
This is the only sure way that a branch can safeguard all its members.
We are very discreet with personal information and abide by data protection regulations.
If you are a single person ie. never been married, or find it impossible to prove your status then please discuss this with the Chairman as it may be possible for you to join as an Associate Member.
Membership is £5.00 to the year end (the cost for couples is £10.00) and weekly entry to the function evenings is normally £5.00 per night, (couples £10.00) and special nights which cost £6.00 (or £12.00 for couples).
Your membership card gives you access to all branches throughout the country.
