Registering with the Practice

Permanent Patients

The National Health Service advises that if you are living or working in an area for longer than three months you should register with the local doctors surgery. It is sensible to be registered and to have your medical notes held by the GP in the area where you are staying.

To register simply telephone the surgery or email us and we will arrange for you to receive the appropriate forms.  We can then arrange for you to be seen for a new patient appointment.

Temporary Patients

If you are on holiday or working on the island for less than 3 months you can register as a temporary patient. When you call the surgery you will be asked to give a simple set of relevant details.  There is no need to do this in advance.  Everything can be arranged at the time you need to see us.
