GORILLA
This is Lomie the Lowland Gorilla who had a checkered life. Now deceased.

ELEPHANTS
These Asian elephants lived at the Zoo for many years. They both died as a result of being fed mouldy ham sandwiches by a visitor and were buried in the grounds. A sad end.

PENGUINS
This was the Penguin Enclosure, now demolished.

TIGER
One of a pair of tigers and the Zoo's first attempt at open caging.
