AFRICAN LION BILLY
Note the 9 inch gap between floor and metalwork. This was unique to CZ and facilitated cleaning and to push food into the cage.

18 MINIATURES
A lovely set of 18 miniature views of the Zoo. Approx 9 x 6cm each. These miniatures were the later used as postcards. Photos are mint condition. NOTE, Chessington Zoo is not mentioned on the cover. It shows the original name which was Surrey's Zoological Gardens.
