TRAVEL HEALTH

Our team of Practice Nurses provide a travel advice service to patients registered with the Practice.  This involves a face to face consultation including a risk assessment, relevant advice and vaccinations.  To arrange an appointment in one of our "travel clinics", please contact the receptionist where you will be asked to complete a "travel abroad" form prior to your appointment.  This can either be collected in person from reception, or downloaded here.  We ask that you contact us six weeks prior to travelling to allow time to complete any vaccination courses.

There may be a charge for some travel vaccinations (eg. Hepatitis B, rabies, Japanese encephalitis, tick bourne encephalitis, malaria tablets) as these are not included in the services provided by the NHS and is therefore a chargeable service.
