Managing Partner

Mr Phil Mileham has been with the practice since 1991 and became a Partner in 2004. He has overall responsibility for the running of the practice and manages the Clinical, Reception and Administrative teams. He works closely with the PCT in the development of services for our patients.

Practice Manager

Mrs Christine Anderson manages the reception, secretarial and administration teams and is closely involved in the day-to-day running of the practice. She oversees the computer systems and is responsible for staffing issues.

Reception

We have a team of receptionists, headed by Mrs Helen Lytle, who will help you to arrange appointments and help with any other queries that you may have. Please remember that the receptionists are there to help you and are bound by the same duty of confidentiality as the clinical staff. They may ask for information regarding the nature of your problem when you are booking the appointment. This is to try to ensure that you get the right type of appointment with the right person. You can, of course, decline to give the information if you wish. Please see the appointments page for more information.

The Secretarial Staff

There is a team of secretaries that have a very important role in the administration of the practice. They manage the large amounts of correspondence that flow between the practice, the hospitals and our patients. They will help you with any queries regarding hospital appointments.
