G Mackie - "Autumn & Winter Star Clusters"; M Lunan - HR Diagram; G Mackie/ M Winiarczyk - "Long exposure photography using a motorised mount" - bring your cameras to try it out; S Watt - Astro apps for tablets. Dark sky observing / astrophotography.
Friday 4th March - Members Workshop
S Watt - "Basic Astro Image Editing"; GM/ML - "Hubble's Tuning Fork - Different Types of Galaxy"; C Sinclair - "Producing a Star Trails image". Dark sky observing / astrophotography.
Friday 11th March - Members Night Sky Photo Expedition

Saturday March 12th - AGM (2pm at Caithness Horizons)
Saturday March 19th March - CAG at Caithness Science Festival Family Day in Wick Assembly Rooms. Solar Observing & display stand.
Friday 15th April - "Sun, Moon and Ancient Stones" - Talk by Douglas Scott. Telescopic observing of the Moon and Jupiter.
Friday 6th May - "Newsworthy Comets" - Talk by Denis Buczynski. Solar Observing.
Saturday 7th May - Advice on observing the Transit of Mercury and the chance to see some space rocks (meteorites) close up. Solar Observing.

Monday 9th May - Transit of Mercury Observing (Noon-8pm)
