Cairngorms Biodiversity Action

Since 1998, the Cairngorms Local Biodiversity Action Project (CNLBAP) has operated across what is now the Cairngorms National Park and beyond. It covers the Angus Glens, Badenoch and Strathspey, Atholl and Glen Shee, Upper Deeside, Strathdon and Glenlivet.

That’s a vast and beautiful chunk of Scotland. It stretches fully 250km west to east, from the Corrieyairack to Tillygarmond, and 170km north to south, from Knockando to the Loch of Lintrathen.
