Booking Terms and Conditions

 

To book a table at any of our Craft Fayres, please request a Booking Form using the Booking Form Page.
 

Please check Craft Fayre Info for available dates - subject to availability!

You will need to return the form via email, with all your info and I'll get back to you to confirm your booking or advise that on this occasion, we are fully booked.

If successful in your application, I will need to take payment for the stall to secure your place.

Current cost per table is £15

 Victorian Day which is £26

When your payment is received I shall confirm with you your place is booked in, so please ensure you include a telephone number, mobile & email address. 

Bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis. If a payment is received after all places have been taken we will return it to you.

If you book a place, but are then unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible, preferably with a two week notice period and we will refund your payment (if you happen to be booked in for another date later on in the year, I can keep payment & use it as a credit if you wish, to save the back & fourth).

If it's a weeks notice or less, unless we can fill the space, you will not be refunded.

Further information regarding each individual event will be sent with the booking form if applicable.

Notice will be given when possible, and stall holders, regular members or people who have booked a place will be informed as soon as possible and refunded or offered an alternative date*
