((Craft Fayre Dates are Subject To Availibility))

To successfully book a table at our Craft Fayres, please head to the BOOKING FORM Page and fill out the requested info, along with which dates you'd like to book.


If you do not give me the required information, especially - photos, a link to or name of your business for me to have a quick look at your crafts or an email and telephone number, your application will NOT be considered. Please ensure you include the requested information or your application or again, you will NOT be considered

 

After filling it out, you simply copy the number into the box as requested and click send.


Once you've send the form via email, with all your info, I'll get back to you ASAP to - confirm your booking, which dates requested are available to you, or advise that on this occasion, we are fully booked.

If successful in your application, payment details for confirmed dates will be sent. I will need to take payment for the stall to secure your place. 

If you choose to book more than one date, you will only need to pay for the first date.

(If you'd like to pay in advance for all of them, that's entirely up to you!)

I will request payment for the remaining dates nearer the time, usually 3 weeks prior, with a deadline date to pay by. If payment has failed to be made by the requested date, or you fail to contact me to discuss why, I will look to our reserves list to offer the spot to someone else.

 

Table Prices 2025

Cost per 6ft table is £18

Chipping Sodbury Christmas Sunday Fayre 6ft table is £28

Cost Per 4ft accompanying table is £9

Chairs are provided free of charge

 

*In the unlikely instance that we ask you to provide your own table, these will still be charged at £18*

When your payment is received I shall confirm with you your place is officially booked in.

Bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis. If a payment is received after all places have been taken we will return it to you.

If you book a place, but are then unable to attend please let me know as soon as possible, preferably with a two week notice period and I will refund your payment (if you happen to be booked in for another date later on in the year, I can keep payment & use it as a credit if you wish, to save the back & fourth, that's entirely up to you)

If it's a weeks notice or less, unless I can find a replacement for you and fill the space, you will NOT be refunded.

If you forget about the fayre or are a no show, unless there is an emergency situation and we've discussed it, you will NOT receive a refund.

Further information regarding each individual event i.e set up times, parking etc, will be sent along with your booking confirmation, but are also available on the CRAFT FAYRE - STALL HOLDER page.

Please only bring along items that we've discussed when booking!

If you turn up with stock that is not what you claimed to be selling or consists mostly of something else, you won't be considered for future applications.

I try to make sure we don't have any more than 3 of the same/similar crafters, so if you turn up with something that I'm not aware of, it could upset the balance and be problematic with placement too. 

 

Please be sure to let me know when booking, if you need extra space to the side of your table for any apparatus you may bring i.e freestanding shelves, smaller side tables, banners etc. If you don't mention it and we don't discuss it before the day of the fayre, it will NOT be allowed. We have limited space and I need to consider Health & Saftety regulations too.

Reserves

 

If you are unfortunate and don't manage to book a date/s that you wanted, I can of course pop you on the reserves list for that particular date or dates.

If a space opens up and what you are selling is the same as what I may already have booked in (I.e you sell jewellery and I already have 3 jewellery stalls, this also applies with cards, resin, woodwork etc), then I will need to skip you and move to the next person on the list that's most practical for the spot.

Of course, if you are selling items we don't have available to customers yet or we only have one other stall selling similar items as yours, then you will be considered for the spot.

Notice will be given when possible, 
and stall holders, regular members or people who have booked a place will be informed as soon as possible and refunded or offered an alternative date*
