General Set Up & Pack Down

 

The timings for the fayre are 10am to 4pm. You will be able to arrive to set your stall up from 9am. Doors will open to the public at 10am, so you will have 1 hour to get set up.

There are sometimes parking spaces available on the high street, some outside the Town Hall and there is a small car park to the back of the Town Hall, accessible from the side street to the side of the town hall.
 

*These spaces are a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved*

 

Alternatively, there is a carpark a little further down the side street, in from of Waitrose and this is free all day!

 

The Fayre finishes at 4pm and we ask you wait until this time before you begin packing down. It's nice for our customers to get the most out of the browsing times we provide, so pack down post 4pm is necessary and we have until 5pm to vacate the Town Hall, so 1 hour to pack up. 
 

Bins are provided at the venue, so if you have any rubbish, please pop it in, so we can leave our lovely Town Hall as clean and tidy as possible. Thank you!

 

The Craft Fayre is held on the bottom floor, so caters for disabled access. Guide dogs and working support dogs are welcome.

 

(Unfortunately dogs are not permitted inside the town hall, so please consider this before bringing a furry friend along!)

Parking & Set Up/Pack Down for Chipping Sodbury Christmas Sunday Craft Fayre!

 

The timings for the fayre will be our usual of 10 am to 4 pm. You will be able to arrive to set up at 9 am as usual BUT will not be able to leave your car on Broad Street afterwards (i.e the Town Hall end of the main street) after 10 am as street vendors will be arriving to set up there own stalls ready for their 11 am start. You will need to move to the High Street (towards the Moda Hotel) or to The Wickwar Road car park. The town hall car park will be accessible, but on a first come, first served basis as usual.

When we finish at 4 you will be need to walk your remaining stock and gear back to your car as the Broad Street will not be accessible.  There may be room in the car park to the rear of the Hall for cars to pull up and load and then leave as soon as possible to allow others to do the same, but this isn't guaranteed.
